Event technical support
Set up, operation and pack down of AV, presentation and streaming systems for conferences, launches, town halls and hybrid meetings.
Ad-hoc technical support for business
Event support, fault call-outs, temporary setups and technical checks across audiovisual, IPTV, networking, IT and streaming. Engage me for a single job, or hand over the technical work you would rather not run in-house.
About
Audio, video, network and IT systems rarely fail in isolation. A dropped stream might be a switch setting; a silent room might be a control problem. I work across the whole signal chain, so you deal with one person instead of coordinating several suppliers.
JYS Audiovisual is a London-based technical business focused on practical results. Companies, venues and event organisers bring me in when they need technical help, or want a defined area of technical work taken off their plate.
Ad-hoc services
Bring me in for a single event, a fault that needs finding, a temporary setup or a quick technical check, and I will scope just the work you need.
Set up, operation and pack down of AV, presentation and streaming systems for conferences, launches, town halls and hybrid meetings.
Something has stopped working? I trace the fault across AV, network and IT, rather than passing you between suppliers.
Short-term AV, streaming or network installations for offsite days, pop-ups and one-off productions, removed afterwards.
A check of rooms, equipment and connectivity before an event or board meeting, so problems can be found before your audience arrives.
Outsourced services
I can take on defined areas of technical work for your business or venue, without you needing to hire a specialist for each one.
Displays, projection, sound, conferencing and control, configured to suit how your rooms are used.
Live TV and video content distributed across screens in venues, offices and hospitality spaces, with changes and fault finding.
Wired and wireless networks built for reliable AV and media traffic, including switching, VLANs and Wi-Fi for events and venues.
Practical help with the computers, devices and software your AV and media systems depend on.
Live streams and hybrid events, from camera and audio capture through encoding to delivery on your chosen platform.
A technical operator for mixing, switching and playback at your events, recurring or one-off, so your staff can focus on the audience.
Post-production
Send me your recordings and I will edit, mix and prepare them for release, working remotely and returning finished files.
Event, meeting and shoot footage turned into clean video: conference recordings, highlights, cut-downs, captions and titles.
Cleaner, more consistent sound for recordings, presentations and broadcast: cleanup, levelling, mixing, and speech or podcast editing.
Encoding, format conversion, file preparation for web, broadcast or screens, and organising and archiving your media.
Who we help
Offices, boardrooms and presentation spaces, plus the networks and devices behind them.
Bars, clubs, halls and hotels needing support with sound, screens and IPTV.
Conferences, hybrid meetings and productions that need technical delivery on the day.
How we work
You tell me what you need or what is going wrong.
A practical approach for your space, budget and timeline.
Setup, testing and, where needed, operation on the day.
A tidy handover, and a clear way to reach me afterwards.
